Pro Se Electronic Filing Guide (eCourts)

Once your documents are generated, follow these steps to file electronically:

1. Register on eCourts

Go to njcourts.gov and create a Pro Se account.

2. Select Expungement Filing

In the Criminal division tab, choose "Expungement Filing" and attach your documents.

3. Upload Documents

Attach all PDF documents (Forms A-G) to the electronic filing submission.

4. Serve All Parties

After receiving your docket number, mail the Cover Letters (Forms D-G) to required agencies.
